Trikona Services provides visual, non-destructive, on-site property inspection services for residential properties including flats, apartments, villas, and independent houses.

Our services are advisory in nature and intended to assist clients in making informed decisions before renting, buying, selling, or moving into a property.

2. Scope of Inspection

Inspections are limited to:

• Visual observation only

• Areas that are accessible at the time of inspection

• Non-invasive methods

• General condition assessment

We do not perform or provide:

• Structural engineering certification or load analysis

• Laboratory testing (air, water, material samples)

• Concealed plumbing or concealed wiring inspection

• Excavation, drilling, dismantling, or destructive testing

• Pest treatment, repair, renovation, or construction services

Any findings are based solely on conditions visible on the inspection date.

3. Limitations & Disclaimer

• Properties are complex systems; hidden defects may exist.

• Absence of reported issues does not guarantee defect-free property.

• Inspection reports are not warranties or guarantees.

• Environmental, geological, or future risks are outside the inspection scope.

Trikona Services shall not be responsible for issues arising after the inspection due to:

• Wear and tear

• Natural disasters

• Renovations or misuse

• Poor maintenance by owners or occupants

4. Booking & Payment Terms

• Bookings must be made through our website or authorized communication channels.

• Payment terms (full or partial) will be communicated at booking time.

• Prices vary based on property size, inspection type, and selected plan.

• Taxes will be applied as per applicable Indian laws.

5. Inspection Reports

• Reports are delivered digitally within the promised turnaround time.

• Report timelines depend on the selected inspection plan.

• Reports are valid only for the inspected property and inspection date.

• Reports are confidential and intended solely for the client.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or commercial use of reports is prohibited.

6. Trikona Score™

• The Trikona Score™ is an internal assessment metric.

• It reflects overall observed condition based on visual findings.

• It is not a structural, legal, or safety certification.

• Scores should be interpreted alongside the full report.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure:

• Access to the property at the scheduled time

• Availability of utilities (water, electricity) where possible

• Accurate information provided during booking

Delays or denial of access may affect inspection quality or result in rescheduling.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be made in advance.

• Refunds, if applicable, follow our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• No refunds for inspections already completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Trikona Services’ liability is limited to the inspection fee paid.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• We are not responsible for decisions taken by clients based on reports.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, branding, logos, checklists, and Trikona Score™ are the intellectual property of Trikona Services and protected under Indian IP laws.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
